Can I Apply For Divorce After Filling RCR in Court

Dear All, can I apply for divorce after filling the RCR from the court. What procedure should I follow? This month end the marriage is completing one year.
after filing a suit for restitution of conjugal rights when the suit is decreed favour if the other party order of the court you can file for divorce . if that RCR has not progressed you can withdraw that and file for divorce on completion of one year of marriage.

Dear Sir,
You can file divorce case after completion of one year after withdrawal of RCR case. You must withdraw the RCR case saying that your wife declared that she is ready for divorce. You may put up some allegations against her to get divorce but if you go for mutual divorce it will be very easy and you may agree to pay some amount towards alimony and close the matter.
