So I agreed and asked for alimony. There is no reply post that from his end. We have not started any process of mutual divorce yet. Can Husband flee to Canada to avoid giving me alimony? Since the mutual divorce process has not started yet no draft nothing so before even the process starts Can he flee to Canada to avoid giving me alimony?
Dear queriest as per your query you have mentioned that no process has been started yet for mutual divorce and whether your husband can fly to Canada or not, yes he can do so since there is no such restrictions to him as it is not a criminal offence at all and there is also no such order order to restrain him go outside India. for more information about the same kindly contact me.
If he is currently in India you should instantly file criminal application for protection orders as per the provisions protection of women's from domestic violence Act and file the application in pass port office to stop him to fly away also you can file criminal application as per the provisions of criminal procedure code.
