Can Husband ask court to freeze and check wife's father's bank locker?

If wife has took her jewelry and put it in her father's bank locker. Then filed a domestic violence case and claiming that she doesn't have jewelry, Can the husband ask court to freeze and check Wife's father or mother's bank locker?

Yes…you can successfully write the same in your written statement. You can also ask the court to freeze the bank lockers in whose possession the jewellery are. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It can be done but in a separate procedure and with appointment of Court Local Commissioner and it can also check the Details when locker was operated to help so u can approach with appropriate application to court a good lawyer may be able to get the order

In my practice, I haven't heard an order with that effect. The chances are extremely rare for a family court judge to pass an order like that. Highly unlikely, but since you have stated on the affidavit you do not have any jewellery then that's that. The possibility of investigating a third person’s locker is rare. However, one has to go through the case files in detail and judge based on circumstances.
