Can High Court set aside the district Court Interim order in Dv case

on the basis of affidavit the district Court has granted interim maintenance order.the protection officer made report without visiting the incident places as mentioned in the wife's petition nor visited our home and made one sided report..what to do? I want to move directly to the high court which will save money and time

dear client as per your query since interim maintenance is passed by district court you can challenge that order and can apply for relief bin High court from interim maintenance yes directly you can apply for appeal
