Can he file for a divorce with his second wife as I will never let him

My husband has done a marriage in secret 3 years ago but never went to stay with the girl also the girl stays with her parents and never told about it to her parents now I can to know about it and as I said I will leave him if he doesn't divorce her. He is ready to divorces her so Now can he file for a divorce as the girl doesn't want to. On what grounds can we file for a divorce? Please help

Well, your Husband cannot file a Divorce legally, considering, he had not taken Divorce from you before marrying with her. Legally speaking, that other girl in his life, is not his legal wife. Only you are his legal wife.

Dear queriest as both the parties are ready for divorce you can go for mutual consent divorce under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. Since there is no grounds for you so that you can seek option for mutual consent divorce, for more information about the same kindly call me.
