Can girl claim for alimony and property in divorce case

If a girl files divorce case.... then does she has right to take alimony and sharing in property..?? I am a hindu girl.
Yes mam if u file a divorce petition then along with it you can ask for alimony or maintenance ..maintainance shall be granted to you while the petition is pending..as the property is concerned ,,u have a right in it..it will be a ground for deciding the amount of alimony

YES she has a right to take alimony. But right to sharing in property will depend on various factors. You can file another case for seeking maintenance u/s 125 CR.P.C. How long you got married and what place the marriage was performed?

You can file application for alimony but you have no right to claim property. You can file acomplaint for accommodation under section 12 of Domestic violence act together with compensation and protection . You also have right to file complaint for maintenance pendant e lite ie compensation during pendency of the suit. You can claim charges for litigation in the suit for divorce
