Good Morning
Yes your daughter can claim share in your property provided there are certain conditions. I just wanted to know whether the property is your own property or you have received it in succession from your ancestors.
Parents divorce does not disentitle children from claiming share in parents property.
Thanks

she can claim but her claim can be defeated by making a provision in the MOU signed at the time of settlement. So i can tell this only after looking into the MOU made at the time of Your separation and in which all the terms and conditions being mentioned regarding alimony and maintenance.
