Can a person remarry before getting divorce degree of first marriage

Good Evening Sir/Madam, Pls advise whether a person who has filed divorce case against her wife in 2009(case not settled as yet but oin verge of getting settled in favour of husband) can remarry a person before getting a decree by pleading to hon'ble court as the judicial procedure is slowly moving its pace under Hindu Law system.Would be highly obliged for your revert .Regards
A person can remarry only after 90 days of the divorce decree that is the standard rule to be applicable as per the provisions of hindu marriage act and after 30 days as per the provisions laid down in family courts act. it is applicable in all the divorce proceedings in hindu law .

No that kind of relief is alien to the Indian Judicial system. For getting married to some one else the person must have a divorce decree by court unless so done if, that person marry some one then will be booked for bigamy which is a penal offence and that marriage will be considered illegal.

No the second marriage at the time when the other spouse is alive or the previous marriage has not ended is not valid under hindu marriage act. And if the case is almost on the verge of decision then whats so hurry. Wait instead of creating further complications
