Hello,
As ur Muslim you cans end a notice of talaq with all the details as per Shariyat Law. As she has deserted you and had extra marital affair and she is no longer staying with you, you can just tell a lawyer to draft a notice and send it to her.

as per the description given by you, a marriage of your friend come to end only in one month , it seems no mistake from his side ,he doesn"t
know where about of her ,as per Muslim personal law he can marry
having with one wife with him,and only she has the right to file the
suit if she already left,he can marry.

Under the Mohammadan Law a Muslim is permitted to have four wives at a time. there is no obligation to him that his wife has already left him whtever the conditions are, it is legal to marry another woman even if the first was present in his life. The Mohammadan Law will protect him from any such obligations only if he Muslim by birth.

Muslims are legitimately permitted to have up to four wives, so he can marry without any issue of divorce with the first wife. For any further details you may contact me. Getting a divorce is out of question as you said the first wife is not traceable.
