Can a married man from India live with a foreigner lady divorce

A male married Indian would like to bring his girl friend to india and live with her, she is a divorcee but man yet to get seperated. Can he live with his girl friend in India but he have plans to proceed divorce with his wife and marry the foreigner lady legally post getting divorce. Or else what is possibility for the married Indian man to live with a foreigner divorce lady in India UNTIL he gets divorce, please share the options

only a diverse person can marry if I was not get divorce legali that is a legal hurdle he cannot a marry at the foreigner is your divorcee no problem the divorce degree from the foreign Court is valid and after getting the divorce only this person can marry that person we can't perform marriage in India
