Can a case settled as 'Uncontested--Settled by ADR' reopened

11-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, My wife filed 498A,406,323 against me and we reached a settlement and case was disposed in lok Adalat and was updated as 'Uncontested--Settled by ADR'. But now my lawyer is asking me for more money and threatening me that he will reopen the case if I do not pay him. What should I do? I already paid him whatever he had asked earlier. Now he is blackmailing me. Can the case be reopened again?

Hello I got your point... if you paid the entire fees..still your pleader is trying to blackmail you thn go to the bar Council and complain against him...if your case is settled by ADR...it will not reopen....
