Can a boy marry without giving divorce to the first wife

My boyfriend got married before 6 month due to family pressure. He doesn't want to live with his wife.. So we will decided to marriage. And he doesn't want to divorce first wife. Becoz she belongs to poor family. Is it possible to he can marriage with me.without divorce first wife.plz give the suggestion.
Presuming that the boy is a Hindu, he can't marry another woman while he has a living wife unless there is some local custom which allows you to do so and is recognised by law as well. If he does so the second marriage would be void ab initio, that is, invalid from the very beginning.
Additionally you would have no rights of a wife whether in property or in any other way and only the first wife would have all the rights of a legally wedded wife

Not at all madam. If you marry without the first wife being divorced, your marriage will be null and void. Also your boyfriend will be guilty of bigamy. It will not be possible to divorce the first wife without any specific ground.

Nobody can marry without getting divorced from his/her 1st spouse if he/she is alive it's illegal and it's an offense under section 494 IPC 1860 too. Therefore you are advised do not do anything which is illegal and which is punishable too.
