Can 498a case filed by wife effect my govt. job

Sir mere in laws pr 498a 506 4-5 k tahat case kiya tha ab hm mutual divorce k liye agree h pr un logo n mera saman nhi loutaya or half money ka post dated cheque diya h or divorce k bad hi withdraw krwane kha h sath hi mujhe apna bayan bdlna padega. Kya wo mujh pr age koi karywahi krege or paiso ki cheating kr skte h m govt job m hu sir please give me a suggestion.

Case aap ne un par lagaya hai, iska aapki government job par koi farak nahi padega. Lekin jab aap bayaan badalengi aur mutual consent se divorce ki petition me jo bate kahengi Wo aapki pahale court me kahi gayi baton se viparit/alag hongi, jisase Wo log aapke khilaf court me jhutha bayaan dene ka aur manhaani ka case kar sakate hai, jisme saja hone par aapki government job Ko khatara ho sakta hai. Wo log jhuth bol kar aapse 498A ka case bhi withdraw karwa lenge aur baki ke paise bhi nahi denge. Wo log cheating kar sakte hai. Isliye achha hoga ki aap unse pahale pure paise le aur bayaan badalne ki jagah High Court me s 482 CrPC me raajinaame ki anumati ke lite petition file kare. Pure paise mil Jane par aap apsi sahamati se talaq le sakti hai, par dhyaan rage usme aisi koi baat naa likhe jo 498A ke case se alag ho.
