Calling and texting another woman in absence of wife and telling lies

I just want to know is there any law on basis of which divorce can be filed. As coz my husband regularly calls a woman when I am not around. Not only that, he use to text her also and delete the chats on priority. When he is questionable for his actions he completely denies it and in return denotes me being complicated and not trusting him. And this action is going for long. And he is also scares me by telling that he can use case on me on this basis that I am hampering his free space.
In this regard I have some questions for you. Could you be able to gather enough documents against your husband to prove his guilty of bigamy? If yes, then ofcourse there is certain law where you can file a divorce suit against your husband and not only that, also violating your mental peace which is amount to be mental cruelty and mental torture as well.
