Call details Extraction Illegally, Before And After Marriage, False 498 case filed against me after petition sent from family court
for extraction of call details you can file complaint under IT Act. And if a false 498 case depending on the stage you can either file for discharge or file petition in thigh Court for getting the whole complaint cancelled

Dear Sir,
It seems 498 case was filed after thought as a counter blast since you have filed a case in Family Court. You may go to High Court for quashing of such FIR and you may probably get a quashing order in your favour. Such illegal extracted informations cannot be relied by the Courts.
