For maintenance purpose how can I get the opposite party details of bank accounts

With respect to maintanence application file in family court as per the judgement passes in rajnish versus Neha both the parties are under obligation to file there income and asset affidavit. Buddha parties are under application to disclose there bank accounts assets income, source of income and expenditure and liabilities. in the scenario Buddha parties shall be disclosing there assets and liabilities. In the event either of the party does not discloses their bank details the court may draw an adverse inference with respect to the same.
