Brother in law harassing and husband not getting separate what to do

I want sapreation from my in lows house. I need a sapreation home and also financially sapreation of my husband's mnthly income. My in lows has 3 sons and 1 daughter she is married recently. All sons are working but only my husband gives the whole income in home weather it is for food home mantainance electricity bill water bill everthing he is the middle one and the younger one is single yet. He always tries to not bond with her mother or father evn he wants me to not talk to them always behave rude with me. Now i m pregnant and he qurrel with me everyday now i cm up to my moms home wht to do

Law per se not supportive for you in this situation, parent are also right over the children if they are dependent on them.
Intact, there is no violation of law, it seems to be the choice of your husband.
However, you are also legally responsibility of your husband, on that basis you can also demand from your husband.

querist... it is a matrimonial dispute.... we can file domestic violence in which we can get the financial as well as residential relief as well as we can file 125 Cr.P.C petition in which we can get monetary relief again...there are other recourse too for that please meet.
