Breakage of marriage after engagement

Hi sir/madam, My engagement happened on 28 December 2023 agreeing in front of our families in arranged marriage fashion.Marriage date was fixed on April 3 2024, now the groom is refusing to marry me saying that she is a liar and so not respecting us.After engagement we use to meet weekly once we use to speak and go out but now he is refusing.Our parents promised to give dowry of 20lakhs and other gifts.Now he was selected in group 4 from that day he was refusing to marriage
Please help me what
file a cheating complaint against him and his family members. and I sincerely suggest you it all happened prior to marriage, so his actual colors have come out. if you want to harass him file complaint and it should affect .
