Break up of Marriage for my 43 years old daughter married for last 21

My daughter has been married for the last 21 years n they have an 18 years old son. Her husband has a highly job abroad n my daughter also is working. She found that her husband has been having an affair n has been disloyal to her. Since that day they are at logger heads. What options are open to us. Kindly advise.

Your daughter can seek divorce or judicial separation on the basis of disloyality of her husband and if her husband is physically or mentally torturing her then she can also file domestic violence complaint as well.. she can claim maintenance from her husband depending on the income of her husband and herself..
