break the divorce petition filed by husband

If there a possibility to break divorce petition filed by husband? Petition has many wrong incidents quotes which i have proof for. Also, in which case does the court breaks the petitions filed.

1 whether the case is filled mutually or not ? 2 if not then you can file for contesting divorce petition 3 defamation charge also you can file separately along with contesting divorce petition 4 if violence is involved by your husband or any member then you have option to file domestic violence case

you can present the proof of many incident narrated in the hospital being false, Court will not believe his case and can deny divorce to him. but you should be hiding an advocate and filing a proper reply objection to the petition.
