WE BOTH WANTS DIVORCE AFTER WIFE CHEATED ME. WE HAVE TWO DAUGHTERS BOTH ARE MINOR. I HAVE TO LOOK MY PARENTS ALSO WHO ARE ABOVE 65. SHE IS IN RELATION FROM YEARS SHE AGREED I SHE ALSO AGREED FOR DIVORCE BUT ALSO ASKING FOR PROPERTY AND MONTHLY MAINTENANCE. MY SALARY IS 14000 WHAT CAN I DO

hi if she is ready to give divorce then you both couls apply for mutual consent divorce in court but if she is demanding more amount then you could file for contested divorce and the maintenance case also saying that you dont have any resources
