Me and wife both are divorced on NOTARY DIVORCE. We are married to each other. And now I want to divorce her as things are not working out and she is asking me to leave my parents and stay separately with her. It's just been 6 months to our marriage. I want to know is this marriage VOID ? ANNULLED? . AS both of us are divorcee on NOTARY, nothing from the court. So is the present marriage legit/ valid ?

The question arises is regarding the religion you both belong to. Alot of things depends upon the religion of the couple. After the Notatised divorce you need to seek declaration of court to the divorce

Notary divorce is not a valid form of divorce and therefore your marriage with your present wife is existing and not yet annulled. If you have legally wedded, you have to also get legally separated. Therefore, if both of you are ready, we can file a petition for mutual Divorce and within six months you both would be legally separated and the divorce decree from Family Court will act as the evidence thereof. For the divorce process, you can approach me.

Well, your Marriage is null and void subject to you guys seeking Declaration or Order from Court of Void Marriage by proving before the concerned Family Court that you guys married by merely executed a notary agreement.
