Blackmiled by Father In Law saying dowry case will be filled

I was married for about 6 years My wife was continuously asking for divorce from the beginning of the Marriage due to differences But I wasn't sure at that time.
Once she sent me a whatsapp message asking for mutual divorce and then we are separated from that point for 4 years
I know she wants divorce but father in law took her in control and now she is saying that she is willing to reconcile
Fatherinlaw is blackmailing with dowry case
How can I safely go to court and get divorce? No kids

If in case you want to reconcile with your wife. It can definetly be done, if the wife is also willing with adequate safety measure to protect you from any kind of legal charges. However if divorce is needed the same can also be applied.
