Bigamy case (p.c.r convert into criminal case)

Regarding the case of bigamy, why Magistrate has not registered a criminal case against the husband's family members in court despite providing proper witness photos?. A criminal case of bigamy was filed only against the woman of the second marriage of the husband and husband.

Dear Sir, It seems the Magistrate did not want to take risk by registering case against parents of your husband for the offence of Bigamy if you are agreed by such order you may go appeal or revision and you definitely get justice and the parents of the husband will be included if there is direct evidence.
