जैसा कि आपने बताया कि आपकी बीवी मायके गई हुई थी शादी उसके बाद से वापस नहीं आए तो उसके लिए सबसे पहले आप दांपत्य जीवन के पुनर्स्थापना के लिए न्यायालय में एक आवेदन आवेदन लगाए और उसको पुनः साथ में रखने के लिए न्यायालय से गुजारिश करें

File an application under section 9 HMA. Pray from the court that you want to live with your partner. Hindu Marriage Act will give you the relief. It will assist you. Best of luck. Please share more details for better assistance.

U can file for quashing of FIR if any fir is registered against u under section 528 bnss . If u have any evidences in the form of sms ,whatsapp chat or call recordings u can file that also. If any other cases are registered against u u can also file for relief from the courts.
