Hi there, at first make sure your bhabhi doesn't enter your house and if she does enter then don't go into your bedroom. Place the camera covering the entrance and exit of every room and the main entry. This helps you to refute any false charges made against you. However, your best shot and being saved from charges is being represented by a good advocate. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

If your bhabhi is planning a false molestation or dowry case, it’s best to move out temporarily and stay separately to avoid any false implication. Keep proof of your separate residence like rent agreement or bills, and install CCTV cameras for safety. Avoid any direct communication or argument with her. If she still files a case, apply for anticipatory bail and later seek quashing under Section 482 CrPC. Since you are in government service, stay cautious and maintain a clean record to avoid departmental issues.

In such kind of dispute you can file an application before the district court/ police complaint to bring all these circumstances in court knowledge in legal form. There are many other ways to safeguard yourself moving out of that place is a temporary solution as she will be pointing finger at you for current timelines. Further, we can discuss on call.
