Dear client You raised query regarding domestic violence. We would like you inform you that you have right to file a criminal petition for cruelty against harassment and for the sake of financial assistance you can file maintenance suit against Husband or upcoming child. Maintenance is legal right for survival ship. free to call for more legal aid.

in this situation I would suggest you to settle if you can settle with your husband then get its actual because to break the marriage that the matter will be resolved after talking to your husband and after talking to your in-laws then I would request you I would suggest you to get it settled if not if you think that no it will not be solved ever then there is only one option you can file a complaint case to the police station and you can now also file as for the CrPC 125 of financial support to you and your upcoming baby
