Meri sister ki 2 yrs phle marriage huyi thi but uske in laws ne kha ki abi bacche pdayi complete kr lete fir use sasural lekr Jay now. Eske baad abi 2 month phle unke in laws unhe lekr chale gye. Lekin wha jane kr 2-3 din baad hi unhone complain krna start kr diya ki aapki ldki ko Ghar ka kaam nhi aata aur uske sath mar pit suru kr do. Eske 4-5 din baad bolte h ki esme to koi bhoot pret ka saya h aur unhone meri sis ko ese hi kisi jhad phook wale baba ke paas le jana start kr diya. Meri family ne kha ki aap hmari beti ko yha bhej to agr koi health issues h to doctor ko dikha denge. Es pr unhone unhe ghar bhejne se bi mna kr diya aur unko koi medicine deni start krdi jiska kisi ko nhi pta kis baat ke liye di ja rhi bs didi ko dra kr maar pit kr fi jati thi. Unko phone pr baat bi nhi krne di jati thi.Suddenly ek raat ko phone aata h kisi ka jisne btaya ki aap apni ldki ko le jao yha se kyoki wo bed se uth nhi pati h aur unki जीभ काटी gyi h & mara gya h. Please btaye kya legal action le??

First u file police complaint and write a letter to DCP commissioner and u come to court to file a domestic violence case against all inlaws . dial 112 of PCR van and do MLC. of the victim .For further information please free to call me

Agar aap ki sister abhi Apne Sasural Mein Hai police complaint kar sakte Ek Bar jakar unko mil sakte hain Agar aapko koi problem samajh mein Aati Hai To fir darj kara sakte hai domestic violence mein FIR darj ho jaaye

Immediately file a CAW cell complaint against the husband and the in-laws, so that the FIR can be registered against them for domestic violence and her MLC can also be done which is very necessary. If your sister is not able to do so then in that case you can file a complaint on her behalf and you go at her matrimonial home along with the police to get her back home. In this situation you have to immediately initiate one police complaint to the concerned police station of your sister’s residence ….and make sure that you do it it as soon as possible and after that get her medical done and get initiate 498 a… plz b in touch to draft these complaint

Register a FIR against you culprits and bring your sister back. And if there is a violence against your sister whether it’s physical or mental you should immediately inform the police station of your area along with the written complaint. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
