Agar FIR primary stage per hai to Police Station Se Copy Le Sakte hai Agar case thana mein register hua hai, to husband directly application dekar ya phir RTI ke madhyam se FIR ki copy le sakta hai. ya FIR concern police station ki jo magistrate court hogi vahan se aapko certified copy mil jayegi Example IPC Sections jaise 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506, etc. agar lagayi gayi hain, to unki detail milegi. Complainant ne kya-kya allegations lagaye hain, uski detail bhi milegi. Agar case court mein chala gaya hai, to vakil ke madhyam se ya court mein application dekar charge sheet, complaint copy, witness list, Complete Case diary court se mangi ja sakti hai. Court record se certified copy lena hota hai. Ye vakil asaani se kar sakta hai.
