Avoid impact on me and parents due to brother's matrimonial issues

My brother is going through a bad phase where his relationship may lead to divorce and some legal proceedings. I want to save my family, my father and mother from any police or legal case.
We are staying apart from my Brother's family from almost more than 10 years now. There are no phone calls even to my Bhabhi from me or my parents since quite a long time now (1 Year). What action can we take if we want to be safe in case my brother's wife file some dowry case against my family?
U immediately file anticipatory bail application in High court if any complaint or FIR is moved by ur bhabhi. Before that also send a representation to the concerned SP of ur district that u have nothing to do with ur brother and bhabhi as u arenot living with her and there is no conversation with her .Contact me for any help.
