Australia citizen husband denying to pay maintenance for Indian wife &

Husband has an Australian citizenship threat me that he will apply for divorce in Australia. Hence, we processed divorce in India as it will be convenient for us. Well, he is not paying maintenance to me and my son (5 yrs). He has left job deliberately in Australia and going to college bcz he can show that he is not earning and hence cannot pay the maintenance. Actually, we have no clue what exactly he is doing there as we do not have any connections to track it.My lawyer is suggesting to get de

Dear Sir, If we have email id of your husband you can secure by sending Court notice. It seems he is represented by his Advocate as such the Court may direct the Advocate to deposit the arrears of maintenance in accordance with his client or to furnish his clients full address.
