At what situation I will get my fatherinlaw property share?

I filed sec9, husband filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. No kids. I am living with my parents now. Earlier I earned upto 90k per month. After separation 2 years ago I left the job. My husband has private job and no properties on his name. But his parents had their own properties. Recently they written a WILL after their death all properties goes to their daughter. Can I get share in my in-laws properties. At what situation I will get father-in-law ad mother-in-law property share?

Hi,right of wife in a property of father-in-law and mother-in-law does not exist if the nature of the property is self acquired and not the ancestral property. You as a wife have right in the property of husband which maybe acquired or inherited. father in law or mother-in-law can write the will in the name of anyone .
