Assets and liabilities of relatives in DV

Do relatives of R1 also have to file their assets and liabilities in DV case. Me and my wife are R2 and R3 of R1 (husband).

see first of all your question is not correct, yourself and your wife and husband of R1..... means..... first tell me where is the case pending and in which court.... stage of the case etc... first tell me where is the case pending and in which court.... first tell me where is the case pending and in which court....
