If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. if you husband is not having sexual relationship and asking for money is committing Domestic violence and also dowry demand you can file many cases for this and you will get relife from the court. this is type of sexual abuse by your husband.
