As per the Judiciary I filed my case in thambaram after numbering my case was transferred to alandur court. Randomly I got one date to appear. Still I did not recieve any proper details from court web site or my husband also didn't recieve any notice from the court. What ll be the procedure when case was transferred to new court...then how long it takes to be active functioning....already I lost my life still this kind of court transfer time delay makes me so depresse and am financially am getting very low. I want to know when ll be my first hearing...my case was taken in Jan month itself....

This happens due change or modification of jurisdiction of the courts. Nothing can be done except following up on the case. After transferring the case to another court it will be given a new number, and then new date will be announced by the new court. You can also follow up with the new court.

If you have not received any kind of notice you may have to go to alandur court near guindy and get new number and the next hearing date from this alandur court..... there is no time limitation for this .....
