Mers ye question hai ke agsr main ek muslim hu aur main ne court marrige nai kia hai. Only waqt board ke thought shaadi hui hai to kya muje divorce oer alumini ya maintance dena honga after 5 yead khaas tor ke tab jab wife ne dhoka de kar shaadi ki ho

no if your wife fraudulently married to you, you don't have to take any burden for alimony, but at earliest you have to send her and her family members legal notice, and simultaneously you can file civil suit for annulment of marriage. keep in mind that under muslim law marriage is contract,so provisions of contract law will govern your dispute. if you required specific advice you may contact me.

You are entitled to pay maintence to wife if she has no source of income. If she re marries to someone then no need to give maintence. laws provide for maintence to wife,whatever religion you follow.
