Talaq-e-Ahsan (Best and Valid Way) Say one talaq during a Tuhr period (when wife is not menstruating). Then do not have any physical relation during the iddat period (3 months or 3 menstrual cycles). After that iddat, the divorce becomes final if reconciliation doesn't happen.

In muslims a husband may give talaq e hasan to his wife three times with a gap of one month. First two talaq e hasan pronouncements are revocable if the parties amicably decide to keep the marriage and start cohabitation. If no cohabitation resumes after two pronouncements then after the third talaq e hasan pronouncement the divorce is done.

Well, you can seek Divorce by filing an application before the concerned Darulkaza or in the nearby Family Court to seek Divorce as per the Discussion of the Muslim Marriage Act under the concerned provisions of law
