Arrest Warrant Against Husband
21-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Filed divorce in 2017. Husband doesnt attend ccourt. Exparte maintenance order on hold due to covid. Husband has not submitted list of assets n liabilities and proof of salary as per court order. Can i issue him an arrest warrant based on that? How can i issue an arrest warrant to my husband? What evidence do i need to prove bigamy. He is in a live in relationship in dubai since 2014 about 2 years after our separation. We are still not divorced.
sorry to hear about your situation. Firstly, maintenance order cannot be kept on hold due to Covid as according to SOP of high court maintenance matter can be heard by the courts. Secondly, arrest warrant is not directly issued by court... first have to issue distress warrant.. talk for detailed consultation

First of all will clear you that matter is within the due process of law and as per the orders of hon'ble Mumbai High Court hearings are stayed till entire December. So unless court pass any order you have to work on other options.
