Arrears of maintenance. Not been able to pay maintenance as

My wife deserted me and after 7 years of physical separation filed CrPc 125 and 498 A along with many other IPCs. Court ordered me to pay 8000 as maintenance. I recieve pension amount of Rs 19500 only and presently jobless. Due to criminal cases against my name, I am not getting any job also. I am not in a position to pay her lumpsum arrears and regular maintenance. What should I do?

Well, I can defend you from paying Maintenance and other arrears. I have to prove certain grounds based on which you have to pay less Maintenance or you have to pay no maintenance at all. However, your case need to fall within a criteria, so that, I will be able to prove such grounds.

498 it's not possible if she is not staying with u currently more then three years of any wife is not staying with u then tere is not way to file case against u u can file case against her for cruelty under hindu marriage act 1955
