Applied transfer petitiion from Kerala to Bangalore

our case is going on in Family court , Ettumanoor Kerala since 2019 November. Due to prolonged delay in finalising the matter and other valid reasons, we submitted transfer petition to Supreme Court thru a prominent lawyer of Bangalore. Question is whether we should intimate this matter to Family Court, Ettumanoor where the case is contesting now. if so, what is the procedure to intimate the matter to the contesting court. Please suggest. Thanks.

you take a copy of the transfer file from your advocate and through your lawyerin Kerala file the copy with a memo for taking time till the transfer order is made in Supreme Court. Kerala court will put off the case to future date till you get an order from Supreme Court.
