Applied DVC in July 2022 - still no result

My husband is not ready to give divorce and not ready to live marritial life also. My age 30 now he is planning to spoil my life . He is harassing in social media with different numbers and names. What can I do to get divorce from soon. I separated from him since 2019 September. Please provide solution for concern.

hi you could file for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty in court and that he is harassing you on daily basis and that if he is ready to give mutual divorce it would be easy to get and if you want you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights
