am male i applied for divorce for wife mental illness, the case is argument stage, our lawuer put on objection due to metal illeness documents from Nimhans hospital is not sufficient to get divorce.

Hi Due to wife's mental abnormality husband can approach court to get divorce. As ninhans is govt hospital so that you can get divorce. It's sufficient document to get divorce and mental abnormality is a ground to get divorce .
