Hello, I have perused your query. In such circumstances you may approach the religious authority to request for intervention for the purpose of dissolution of marriage. Khula is to provide a way for women to dissolve a marriage in cases where there is an irreconcilable breakdown. Once you have all the necessary documents, we can file a petition in the appropriate court. The petition will state the reason for the khula and the amount of mahr that you are returning. The court will then issue a notice to your husband, and if he does not respond within the specified time, the court will proceed with the khula For any further information feel free to reach out to me. Regards
