appearance and threat given to me by husband after he has got bail

i have filed a case regarding my husband and in laws my husband and father in law have now appeared in court after 5 dates but my mother in law and sisters in law are not appearing and now their lawyer has applied for the exemption of all the ladies will the get the exemption and secondly on my each date they are threatening me to take my case back and same i gave my complaint in tishazari police station that again they have abused me and threatened to take my case back my can the bail be cancel

If they are threatening you then you can always pen down your complaint and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if they are not appearing then you can also approach your advocate to issue warrants against the ladies who are not appearing. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

That's a classic example of grounds on which the bail can get cancelled, but only that much is not sufficient. bail cancellation is taken seriously by the courts and grounds should be so evident that the court doesn't have any doubt why the bail should not be cancelled. for more details you may consult me.

hello mam as you have mentioned in your query tht you have filled cases against your husband and inlaws . so now you want to get your husband bail cancelled yes your husband bail can be cancelles for sure but fir tht we need to apooroach high court been seperior court high coury can cancel your husband bail but for that we need tht much evidence to show to court.
