Appeal MC interim court orders

My brother studied 10th standard works as car driver. Court ordered him to pay 8000 per month as maintenance to wife. As 8000 very high for him to pay monthly. Want to appeal to reduce maintenance amount. Please suggest

hi you could file appeal on the ground that he is not able to that much amount as he had not that much earning capacity and he is dependent on his family members and to reuduce the amount as it is too much him to pay
