Appeal Limit in a divorce case

Hi Team, I wanted to know what is the time limit to appeal a ex-partee divorce decree passed by a family court ?

hi the time limit for filing an appeal against ex parte decree is 90 days and if you want to file set aside petition against ex parte order then you need to file within period of 30 days and you need to explain the reasons for non appearance on earlier occasion
