Appeal in high court against as family court allowed withdrawal of RCR

11-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband had filed RCR. My WS is on record stating I want to reside with him. Oral Examination of parties was done. If he would not have appeared , court was supposed to allow the petition. But in last date he submitted withdrawal application, i objected but then also withdrawal was allowed. My question is: nn1 Can i file appeal that this withdrawal is not justified. n2. Time limit is for how many days. Is it counted once we receive the certified copy.3. The appeal will be filed against my husband or against family court. n4. In appeal, will my husband supposed to appear. n5. Is it a good idea to file appeal. nnAs he withdrew the petition, i immediately filed RCR in my jurisdiction. nnPlease suggest on above questions.

Well, if the Husband has withdrawn his RCR, it means now, that, he has made up his mind to Divorce you. Now despite you have filed the RCR in your jurisdiction, he may or may not restore sexual and physical relations with you and will grant you the Divorce.
