Appeal for divorce due to emotional abuse

Hello, we are Muslim family married in India in 2019. We have a 2.5 year old son. My husband don't want to talk to me and always feel irritated by my presences in his life. He is always avoiding me and even sleeping in other room. I am feeling very alone and crying all the time. I am not qbl to focus on my little baby. I think if he don't want me in his life then I better start my own life by seperation. Now he is also ready for divorce. Please guide me how I can proceed with divorce.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if both of you agree to get separated and if your marriage is registered it would be better amicably settle it by yourself if individual the demand is fulfilled and your child is also secured by that rest for cancellation of registration it can be done later for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant.
