Appeal for divorce cases for opostion case

We file divorce case at Bangalore family court but our oposite lawyer stay in high court and ask for transfer case to her home town .so kindly help us to get the information how to proceed

1. you have to lodge a complaint in the police station for threatening your wife to commit suicide. 2. you can file the case before the court for threatening. 3. you can file a case before the family court for harassment
