Anticipatory bail dismiss way.how to dismiss it?

Hi, I have applied 498A on my in laws but they have anticipatory bail before hand.How to dismiss that anticipatory bail strongly?Tell me all actions opposition can take against me and how I can legally fight against them?

Once an anticipatory bail is given by a court it remains in force till the end of the trial of the case or until the court cancels it due to new arising circumstances in a case. Now as it seems that you have filed a complaint against your husband and inlaws you will have to fight out the case till its completion. For further details and advice contact our team.
